Yes… I used to be bald.
Today at lunch, our waitress at Max & Erma’s, after making the normal small talk and getting our drink orders pops the unexpected question…
“Didn’t you used to be completely bald?”
“Yeah, I did” I answered, and then felt the need to explain that I am typically bald, I like to be bald, and I’m growing my hair out as a result of a silly bet/wager/dare.
“Well” said she “you look really good with hair!”.
I mumbled “Thanks” or something of the sort, and the day moved on.
So… for anyone who doesn’t see me on a regular basis… lest you be shocked, I am letting my hair grow out.
My end of the bet, wager, dare, whatever says that I’m allowed to get it cut on July 1… but at this point I’m thinking of letting it go, until I see how long it wil get.
